re-watching old TV shows

With the work that I've been doing lately, I've wanted something on in the background. It's generally a bad idea because I get distracted so easily, but I don't really like working in silence, and music gets boring.
I listen to music: mostly Groove Salad on SomaFM. Sometimes Pandora. But generally, I like something with a plot, with dialogue. I really like re-watching things I've seen several times before because I can watch them in my head without having to physically watch the tv screen.
Lately, I've been re-watching Dollhouse, a show starring Eliza Dushku by Joss Whedon. The show only got two short seasons, 26 episodes in all, but I really enjoy it. It's got some really great acting by the various leads, and some fun, action-y episodes. I love the overreaching themes too: that we never really forget anything.
I also started watching Marvel's Agent's of S.H.I.E.L.D. again. I watched the first season a while back, but because I'm incapable of watching anything while it's actually airing, I'm re-watching season 1 in anticipation of season 2 finally coming to Netflix. The final episodes of the season are airing tonight apparently, so I'm hoping Netflix picks it up within the next month or two.
Daredevil is a great show, but I'm trying to take that one more slowly. I really want to binge-watch it, but I've been so busy, and I don't want to try and multi-task while I watch. I want to dedicate an hour and watch the episode and really enjoy it, rather than trying to split my attention: something I'm really not good at.
